Elite Operators is operated by Steve Kahle, doing business as Elite Operators. These terms cover this website and the Special Ops membership. Elite Operators also offers AI accelerators, AI briefings, and AI consulting under separate proposals or agreements. Questions may be sent to support@eliteoperators.team.

Website and educational content

The articles, resources, discussions, and guidance we provide are for education and professional development. They are not legal, cybersecurity, privacy, financial, or other professional advice for your specific situation. Use your judgment and follow your organization's policies, especially before sharing confidential information with other members or AI tools.

You may use the website and materials for your own learning and work. Do not copy, resell, rebrand, or redistribute them as a product without permission. Do not disrupt the website or community, misuse another person's information, or submit credentials or confidential material where it is not requested.

Special Ops membership

Special Ops is $99 per month and renews monthly until canceled. Any applicable tax and the amount due are shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation alone does not request a refund.

First-month refund: If Special Ops is not useful to you, email support@eliteoperators.team within 30 days of your first membership payment and ask for a refund. We will refund your first month's membership charge and cancel your membership, stopping future renewals. This promise applies to the first month of membership, not later monthly charges.

The current membership features and access are described on the Special Ops offer page. Availability and content may evolve. Any one-on-one work or other paid service is separate unless the offer expressly includes it.

AI accelerators, briefings, and consulting

Elite Operators also offers AI accelerators, AI briefings, and AI consulting. Each engagement's scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, cancellation, and any refund terms are set out in its proposal or written agreement. The $99 monthly price and first-month refund described above apply only to Special Ops. If a separate agreement conflicts with these terms, it controls for that engagement.

Accounts and external services

Special Ops access, community features, and checkout may be provided through Elite Ops Academy and its service providers. Their applicable terms and privacy notices may also apply. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. See our Privacy Policy for information about our handling of personal information.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the website and services change. The effective date above identifies this version. Changes to an offer will not erase a refund promise that applied when you purchased it. For questions, cancellations, or first-month refund requests, contact support@eliteoperators.team.
