This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use this website, request an AI or executive briefing, subscribe to In Pursuit of Elite, join Special Ops, or work with us through AI accelerators and consulting. Information we collect

When you contact us, request a briefing, or ask about an offer, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, work contact information, organization, goals, and messages. When you subscribe to In Pursuit of Elite, we receive the contact and subscription information you submit. If you join Special Ops, we and the services used to provide it may process membership, account, billing, payment-status, and participation information. For AI accelerators, AI briefings, and consulting, we may receive information you or your organization provide to scope, deliver, and support the work, including project communications and materials.

The website and its providers may also collect technical information, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and interactions with the site. Payment providers handle payment details; we may receive transaction information needed to administer a purchase, refund, or membership. Please do not send passwords or sensitive company information through general website forms or email unless we have agreed on an appropriate way to handle it.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; arrange briefings; provide and support Special Ops, AI accelerators, AI briefings, and consulting; manage accounts, purchases, cancellations, and refunds; send requested newsletters and other communications; operate and improve the website and services; and protect them from misuse. We may also use information to meet legal obligations and maintain appropriate business records.

If you subscribe to marketing email, you can unsubscribe using the link in the email. Service messages about a purchase, membership, or project may still be necessary. Unsubscribing from email does not by itself delete your account or records.

Service providers and sharing

We use outside services to host the website, manage email, provide membership access, process payments, schedule or conduct meetings, and support our operations. They receive information needed for those functions and may handle it under their own privacy notices. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. The providers and tools used for a particular consulting engagement may be described in that engagement's agreement or project communications.

Special Ops access and checkout may be provided through Elite Ops Academy and its service providers; their privacy notices may also apply. This policy does not claim that every provider acts only on our instructions or that all information stays in one country.

This website and its embedded services may use cookies and similar technologies for site functions and measurement. Where a cookie banner is available, use its controls to set your preferences. You can also manage cookies in your browser, although blocking some may affect site features. A website cookie choice may not control cookies set by an embedded or linked third-party service.

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online service is completely secure. This website and these offerings are intended for adults. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us.
